OFFICIAL BIO
Harvey Brittain (born 8th March 2002, Preston, United Kingdom) is an English singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer.
He first gained a following at age sixteen after supporting British R&B artist, Courtney Pine, at a music festival hosted in his home city of Preston. Among the audience were a team of ITV casting directors, who were immediately taken back by the young singer's performance. Later that year, Brittain was subsequently invited to perform on the 15th series of ITV’s ‘X-Factor', where he performed at some of the UK’s most iconic venues, including the Wembley SSE Arena and The London Palladium.
In December 2020, following a successful audition, Brittain won a scholarship to attend the world famous Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. In January 2021, he received interest from British thriller writer, Lee Child, creator of the globally recognised ‘Jack Reacher’ series and the Hollywood adaptations starring Tom Cruise. Child was impressed by the young songwriter’s potential and has since continued to work closely with the twenty-year-old artist.
In June 2022, Brittain released his latest single “Honest”, produced by both himself and American producer & DJ, Max Harris (H4RRIS). Brittain currently splits his time between the UK and the US, and is already working on his next release.
